hot saunaamazing spaclean steam room
the spa access was so amazing! i swam laps in the pool after a day on the slopes. the sauna was hot and perfect after a long hike, i loved it. the steam room cleaned my pores.
the elevator felt a little old.

the staff was helpful. They promptly assisted with all my requests. i found parking easy and convenient in the building's underground garage. the location is excellent, near key spots i wanted to visit.
the elevator felt a little old, and i thought the doors closed a tad too quickly for comfort.

breakfast offered a very wide selection of options including fresh bread, pastries, meats and cheeses. there were also hot items, such as eggs and sausage, alongside cereals, yogurts, and juices. espresso drinks were available too!!!

fantastic stay near everything

the location is amazing, right by the train station and near compagnie du mont blanc. téléphérique aiguille du midi is also super close. breakfast was really good (especially the pastries!). i found my room large and cozy, and the lobby had a fireplace and a pretty seating area. checking in was quick, and they arranged a taxi for us to the station because of our luggage.
the tv didn't connect to the internet, so i couldn't stream anything from my devices.

the hotel is wonderfully situated near the city center and a cable car station, it is very convenient for exploring the area. you can easily walk to various shops and restaurants. transportation options are readily accessible. the area is lively, yet the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere.

the front desk staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, they always greet you with a smile. they assisted with luggage arrangements and provided directions. daniela and mathilde were pretty good too help us with all our needs, even before we arrived.
